The Qsep100 is a standard-sized automated biofragment analyzer and is the classic model of the Qsep series. With its single-channel design, it can process 1 to 96 samples.

The Qsep100 supports various types of applications including DNA, RNA and protein fragment analysis and rapid high voltage analysis.

The advantages of capillary electrophoresis are high resolution (1~4 bp if less than 500 bp), high sensitivity (5 pg/μl), and significantly faster preparation and analysis time.

In addition to analyzing fragment sizes and concentrations, it is also suitable for quality control of workflows involved in next-generation sequencing (NGS).
