Qsep400 is a high-throughput automated biofragment analyzer. It is the highest specification product in the Qsep series and can analyze hundreds of samples in one day.

The advantages of capillary electrophoresis are high resolution (1~4 bp if less than 500 bp), high sensitivity (5 pg/μl), and significantly faster preparation and analysis time.

In addition to analyzing fragment sizes and concentrations, it is also suitable for quality control of workflows involved in next-generation sequencing (NGS).
