MycoSep® columns contain a mixture of adsorbent materials designed for the clean-up of all relevant foods and feeds. These economical clean-up columns are part of the official AOAC and CEN methods and allow for high throughput in sample processing.
Characteristics
- MycoSep® columns are single-step clean-up columns containing packing materials made from adsorbent mixtures specifically designed for food and feed products. With MycoSep®, you can achieve fast clean-up in just 30 seconds for all EU regulated mycotoxins.
- To use MycoSep®, simply insert the column into a test tube containing the sample extract, which will be filtered upwards. As the extract passes through the column, interferences will adhere to the chemical packing material, while the purified extract containing all mycotoxins can be collected from the top of the clean-up column.
