Descripción
Inline centrifugal pumps belong to the group of rotodynamic pumps and operate on normal suction. They are installed in straight pipes, such as oil pipelines. The key difference between an inline pump and a standard pump is that in the former, the suction and discharge connections are on the same shaft. The inline centrifugal pump presented here is used to transport liquids that are neither mechanically nor chemically aggressive. It is mainly used in water supply, irrigation, sprinkler systems and heating systems. The MT 185 kit is part of the GUNT Practice Line and is designed for assembly, maintenance and repair practices in technical schools and business training centres.
