Descripción
Diaphragm pumps are a type of positive displacement pump that operates alternately with normal suction. They are suitable for transporting aggressive liquids such as acids, alkalis, radioactive, flammable, odorous and toxic liquids, provided they are manufactured from suitable materials. In addition, these pumps can run dry and are commonly used for volumetric dosing. The MT 183 kit is part of the GUNT Practice Line and is designed for assembly, maintenance and repair practices in technical schools and business training centres. It is ideal for complete, professionally oriented projects, encouraging both individual and small group work. With the MT 183, students can learn about the components and function of a typical diaphragm pump by systematically assembling and disassembling them.
