Descripción

The L 3/11 - LT 60/12 muffle furnaces have been proving their suitability for daily laboratory use for many years. This range of furnaces is distinguished by an attractive design, excellent workmanship and a high degree of reliability. The muffle furnaces are available with a hinged door or a lift-up door at no additional cost.

Characteristics

  • Standard equipment
  • T max 1100 °C or 1200 °C
  • Heating on both sides using hot plates (heating on three sides with muffle furnaces L 24/11 - LT 60/12) ensures optimum temperature uniformity
  • Temperature homogeneity of +/− 5 K with closed air inlet valve, in empty working space, according to DIN 17052-1 at temperatures above 800 °C
  • Thermocouple type N (1100 °C) or type S (1200 °C)
  • Ceramic heating plates with integrated thermal resistance, protected and easy to change
  • Exclusive use of insulation materials without classification according to EC regulation No 1272/2008 (CLP). This explicitly means that aluminium silicate wool also known as “refractory ceramic fibre” (RCF) which is classified as possibly carcinogenic, is not used.
  • Double-layer ventilated casing made of textured stainless steel sheets for low surface temperatures and high stability
By choosing with a swing door (L), which can be used as a work surface, or without extra cost with a lift-up door (LT), keeping the hot part away from the operator
  • Adjustable additional air opening in the door (see illustration)
  • Exhaust air opening at the rear of the oven
  • Touch controller B510 (5 programs with 4 segments each) or R7 (adjustable for a single temperature) for L 1/12
  • Silent heating with semiconductor relay
  • Intended use within the scope of the operating instructions
  • NTLog Basic for Nabertherm controllers: process data recording on USB flash drive
