Descripción
The AgraQuant® Plus is a sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay designed for the quantitative analysis of allergens in food samples. It features a rapid extraction procedure using a unique capsule technology. The total assay time is reduced to 30 minutes, with only 1 minute required for the extraction procedure. Samples can range from raw to processed foods, from environmental swabs to rinse water. This product is intended for laboratory use.
Characteristics
- AgraQuant® Plus allergen quantification kits are based on sandwich ELISA tests and allow accurate analysis of all allergens of interest.
- ELISA tests, being quantitative, are indicated to carry out controls during cleaning validations, analysis of finished products, and all samples that require the quantification of allergens.
