Our Scrubbers are wet purification systems that remove components from an air stream by using water and, if necessary, additives.

We design custom equipment, taking into account the mass flow of contaminants to be treated, the emission limits permitted for each component and the specific needs of our clients.
High Quality Materials:
We manufacture our scrubbers entirely in Homopolymer Polypropylene (PPH), a material that offers high chemical resistance against corrosive gases. Our range includes the QH (horizontal position) and QV (vertical position) models, followed by the design flow rate value. These units are produced with precision numerical control machinery and are assembled by thermofusion welding with the same material.
Purification Process:
The purification process is based on the transfer of matter from a gas to a liquid using a plastic filler, which increases the contact surface between both phases and facilitates the physical-chemical absorption reaction.
Vertical Scrubbers:
The transfer of matter takes place countercurrently.
