The BioFlo 120 is a laboratory scale bioreactor/fermenter system perfectly suited for all levels of research and development.
The system has been designed to be flexible and meet the broad requirements of today's scientists. 24 interchangeable autoclavable vessels with heat mantle and water jacket are available, as well as BioBLU Single-Use Bioreactors with a working volume of 250 mL to 40 L.
Mettler Toledo® ISM digital sensor technology is fully integrated, allowing the user to select between pH, ORP, dissolved oxygen (polarographic and/or optical) and carbon dioxide measurements without any additional equipment.
A high-precision, extended-range thermal principle mass flow controller is available, providing the capability of low-flow mammalian cell culture through to demanding microbial processes in a single controller.
