Descripción
The DASbox is a unique mini bioreactor system suitable for microbial and cell culture applications as well as stem cells. It is designed as a quadruple system with up to 24 bioreactors running in parallel. With working volumes of 60 – 250 mL, the DASbox is the optimal tool for advanced process development and design of experiments (DoE) applications. All critical process parameters can be precisely controlled. Liquid-free temperature control and exhaust condensation satisfy users thanks to easy handling. In addition to using industry-standard glass bioreactors, the DASbox can be equipped with Eppendorf BioBLU 0.3 Single-Use Bioreactors, fully equipped single-use mini bioreactors.

- LCD display with key process parameters and built-in alarm functions simplify monitoring
- Gas mixture with mass flow control and with individual gas mixtures of air, O2, CO2 and N2, each directable to the headspace or to the bubbler
- Standard sensors available for accurate measurement and control of temperature, pH, DO, level and ORP (redox potential);
- Precise variable speed miniature pumps with continuous flow rates up to 0.3 mL/h
Hermetic top magnetic drives for single-use vessels and top direct drives for autoclavable vessels; selectable up or down flow - Optional removable system for better accessibility to bioreactors and control unit
