The RapidChek®Listeria NextDay™ Test System is one of the first AOAC-approved testing systems for all strains of Listeria. The patented enrichment medium requires no additional supplements to provide next-day test results.
Time to obtain the result: 27 to 48 hours (depending on the sample analyzed)
Características
- RapidChek® Listeria NextDay™ technology combines a sensitive immunologic detection strip with a unique, proprietary enrichment medium to deliver rapid, accurate Listeria species results within 24 to 48 hours.
- The immunodetection strip employs a unique combination of patented Listeria antibodies and a colloidal gold conjugate coated onto the surface of a membrane.
- After enrichment, the sample is transferred to a provided test tube and heated for 5 minutes. Then, the immunological detection strip is added
directly to the sample and the results are read within 10 minutes. One line indicates a negative result and two lines indicate a positive result. - Test kits are stored at room temperature.
